Cherry Hill is located 8 miles southeast outside of Philadelphia, with a current population of approximately 72,000 individuals. Cherry Hill currently operates 19 schools, including an early childhood center, 12 elementary schools, 3 middle schools and 2 traditional schools and an alternative high school. It is the 12th largest school district in the state of New Jersey and one of the largest suburban districts. Cherry Hill has 51 public parks, plus 3 parks owned by Camden County.
